Acetaminophen (Tylenol)

Each dose will last 4-6 hours. Use weight if possible. Always use the dropper or cup provided with the bottle.

*Only use under 12 weeks of age at the discretion of your provider

6-11 pounds	0-3 months	1.25ml
12-17 pounds	4-11 months	2.5 ml (½ teaspoon)
18-23 pounds	12-23 months	3.75 ml (¾ teaspoon)
24-35 pounds	2-3 years	5 ml (1 teaspoon)	2 tablets
